Mission Statement

"To link cricket clubs with schools, stakeholders and Partner Organisations, and maximise resources and expertise across the Highland area, in order to increase the opportunities for players and coaches to participate and develop from introductory to 'elite' level."

  • Provide and promote opportunities for all, irrespective of age, ability, gender or race
  • Provide a safe and fun environment for everyone to succeed to the best of their abilities, allowing them the opportunity to maximise their potential
  • Provide a pathway from school, community, and/or club to elite level
  • Provide support for clubs to develop junior sections and coaching structures, bearing in mind current guidelines, and to be seen to encourage 'best practice' at all times
  • Provide a link with partner organisations at local and national levels in order to access opportunities for player and coach development
